Refund policy
At PromoMogul, most of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer. Because all custom items are produced based on your approved artwork, designs, and specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any custom or personalized merchandise.
Before production begins, we provide digital proofs and approvals to ensure everything is correct. Once an order is approved and production has started, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
Damages, Defects, or Production Errors
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect based on the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

We will review the issue, and if the mistake was on our end, we will offer a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

Custom products

Personalized items

Items made to order

Items approved before production

Wholesale or bulk orders
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
As all products are custom and produced per order, we do not offer exchanges.
If you need a new item, it must be ordered as a new purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:

We made an error on your order

The product arrives defective or damaged

The product does not match the approved proof
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing by your bank or credit card company.
