How it works

Four steps, and none of them are a surprise.

Custom print goes wrong in predictable ways: artwork that was never proofed, a date that slipped without anyone saying so, and a tent that arrives without a frame. This is how we avoid each of those.

  1. 01

    Tell us the event

Dates, quantity, and what has to be printed. A rough idea is enough to get a real price back. We would rather quote early and refine than make you fill in a spec sheet first.

  2. 02

    We send artwork

You see a proof of exactly what will be printed before anything goes to production. Revisions are part of the job, not a line item.

  3. 03

    Production

Approved artwork goes to print, and the shipping window quoted with it is the one we work to. If something slips on our side you hear it from us first.

  4. 04

    It arrives ready to use

A tent combo ships the frame and the printed top together, and a backdrop or banner combo ships its hardware. The frame only, hardware only and graphic only options are spare parts, and each one says so on the product page.

What you need to have ready

Artwork. AI, EPS, PDF, SVG and high resolution PNG at 300 DPI or higher. If all you have is a low resolution file, we can work from it.

Quantity. Headwear is sold in packs, starting at 12 pieces. Tents, backdrops, flags, table covers and stands are ordered individually. Larger runs are priced better, so ask for a quote above 250 pieces.

A date. 14 to 20 business days from art approval to your door, US lower 48. If the event is sooner than that, say so and we will price the rush option next to the standard one.

What it costs to find out

Nothing. Quotes, digital proofs and basic design assistance are all free. Payment only starts once you approve.

Major credit cards, taken on the invoice we send after your quote. A quoted order over $500 runs on a two-payment model: 50% deposit to start production, balance before shipping. An order placed through the cart is charged in full at checkout.

Start with step one.

Send the event, the quantity and the date. Everything after that is us doing the work.
