Roll up, pull up, pop up: one product

Retractable banner stands go by a lot of names: roll up banners, pull up banners, pop up or pop out banners, roller banners, stand up signs. They are the same thing. A printed banner rolls down into its base for travel; at the event you pull it up, fit the pole, and it stands on its own at full height. Setup takes about as long as reading this paragraph.

Standard, Deluxe or Premium

• Standard is the everyday stand, 24 or 33 in wide and 81 in tall, with a matte vinyl banner.
• Deluxe is 33 x 81 in with a 13 oz matte vinyl banner on aluminum retractable hardware.
• Premium is 36 in wide in three heights, 69, 80 or 92 in, with a 13 oz matte vinyl banner and adjustable poles. Its base is 37.5 in wide, 9.5 in deep and 3 in high, and the stand ships at about 17 lbs.

Pick the width for the space it fills, beside a table, in a doorway or at the corner of a booth, and the height for how far away people will be. Several for a team or a row of booths? A Standard 33 x 81 in stand is $129.35 each at 2 to 5 and $120.53 each at 6 to 10.

Keep text and logos at least 1 in from the top and 3 in from the bottom of the banner, so every element still shows once the banner is up.

People read a banner stand at eye level and walking past, so put the logo and the one line that matters in the top half, and let the lower half carry a photo, a web address or nothing at all. A banner that says one thing clearly beats one that says five things small. It prints single sided, in full color on matte vinyl.

Where a banner stand works

Indoors: lobbies, reception desks, trade show aisles, conference stages, retail floors and pop-up shops. The stands are sold for indoor use and there is no outdoor coating option. For a sidewalk, a parking lot or a field, a feather or teardrop flag is the outdoor equivalent, and a printed canopy tent gives you the wall and the shade.

When you need a wall, not a sign

A roll up is a sign. For a photo backdrop or a booth back wall, go wider:

How ordering works

1. Choose the stand level and banner size on the product page.
2. Add your artwork on the product page (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG, up to 50 MB), or send it after you order by replying to your order email or writing to info@promomogul.com. No artwork yet? For displays, tents, flags and table covers, choose Hire a Designer when you order and a designer builds the artwork from your logo, text and notes. You approve a free digital proof before anything is made.
3. We send a free digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it, so check spelling, colors and placement there.
4. Production starts on approval. Ships within 2 business days after you approve your proof. Most orders arrive within 10 business days (US lower 48). Shipping is included.
5. You get a tracking number when the order ships.

Catalog sizes can be added to the cart and paid for by card. Anything outside the listed options, or any quantity you want priced properly, goes through a quote. Tight on time? Tell us your event date before you order and we will confirm it works. Need it sooner? Faster shipping is available for an extra charge. Tell us your event date and we will quote it.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Everything is made to order against artwork you approve, so there is no stock version of it to take back.
