How to Set Up
Setup takes a few minutes and needs no tools. Connect the numbered aluminum poles into a rectangle, lock the cross braces, then slide the fabric graphic over the frame like a pillowcase and zip the bottom closed. Smooth any wrinkles by hand and they relax within an hour.

What is included in the combo?
The Graphic and Hardware Combo is a complete booth: the aluminum frame, your printed fabric backdrop, a coordinating table cover, a roll-up banner stand, and carry bags. It sets up in minutes and packs down for easy transport.
Do I have to design it myself?
No. Upload your logo and artwork and we lay it out for you, then send a free proof before anything prints. You approve it first, with no charge for the proof.
What is the difference between the two options?
Graphic and Hardware Combo is the full kit with the frame and hardware included. Replacement Graphic Only reprints the fabric to fit a frame you already own, so you can refresh your look without paying for hardware again.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Send your logo and Pantone codes and we match print colors to your brand as closely as the material allows. The proof shows you the result before anything prints.
How fast can I get it?
Most orders ship on a standard turnaround after you approve the proof. If you have a hard event date, add it in the special instructions and we will confirm we can hit it before you pay.

Minimums. Headwear is sold in packs, starting at 12 pieces. Tents, backdrops, flags, table covers and stands are ordered individually. Larger runs are priced better, so ask for a quote above 250 pieces.
Artwork. AI, EPS, PDF, SVG and high resolution PNG at 300 DPI or higher. If all you have is a low resolution file, we can work from it.
