Every order is printed to your artwork, so the clock starts when you approve the proof rather than when you place the order. Most orders arrive within 10 business days (US lower 48). Hats arrive within 15 to 20 business days of proof approval, depending on the style.

Outside the lower 48
Anchorage, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are available with extended freight. Exact transit is confirmed on your quote. Email info@promomogul.com before you order and we will price the freight for you.
Tracking
You get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Multiple ship-to addresses
We split-ship to multiple addresses, including chapter offices and regional event sites, at no additional handling fee.
Provide the ship-to list with your quote request and it gets priced in from the start.
Damages or shortages
If an order arrives damaged or short, email info@promomogul.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the issue. Every concern is reviewed personally, with a response inside 24 hours on business days.
