Returns and damages
Nothing we sell is returnable. Our mistakes are ours to fix.
We do not do returns. Everything here is produced to artwork you approved, so it cannot be resold to anyone else. That is why the proof step exists, and why a genuine error on our side is handled without argument.

Before production starts
We provide a digital proof and take your approval before anything is printed. Once an order is approved and production has started it cannot be changed or canceled. That is a separate thing from a fault on our side, which is covered below and is not time limited by this step.
Damages, defects or production errors
If an item arrives defective, damaged, short of the quantity you ordered, or incorrect against the approved design, contact info@promomogul.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the issue
- A description of the problem
We review it, and where the mistake was ours we offer a replacement or a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
What is not returnable
Nothing in the catalog is returnable. Every product is printed or embroidered to artwork you signed off on, which means there is no unbranded version of it to put back on a shelf. That applies to single units and to bulk runs equally.
This is not a restocking-fee situation or a limited window. There is no return path for correct work, and the proof step exists so that it never has to be one.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges either, for the same reason. A different size, color or product is a new order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued where:
- We made an error on your order
- The product arrives defective or damaged
- The order arrives short of the quantity you ordered
- The product does not match the approved proof
Once a claim is reviewed and approved, refunds go back to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process it. If nothing has arrived 15 business days after approval, email info@promomogul.com.
