Two booth packages, indoor and outdoor

Both packages put a matching booth together in one order, printed with your artwork and proofed before anything prints. The difference is where the show is.

10 ft Backdrop Display Package, for indoor halls

• A 10 ft straight pillowcase backdrop: 112 in wide and 89 in tall, about 7.5 ft, with a single sided stretch polyester knit graphic that slips over a lightweight aluminum frame. It assembles with push-button connectors and labeled joints and weighs about 34 lbs with its soft bag.
• A printed 8 ft table throw: 4-sided with a closed back, fits a 96 x 30 x 30 in table, 250 g polyester poplin with a serged edge. The table is not included.
• A Standard roll up banner stand: a 33 x 81 in matte vinyl banner, single sided, with the stand and a travel bag.

Each piece can carry a different design, so the wall can carry the brand while the roll up carries the offer. The backdrop is made for indoor use, so this package suits trade show halls, conferences and product launches. See the 10 ft package.

Trade Show Canopy Kit, for outdoor events

• A 10 x 10 ft canopy tent: anodized aluminum hex frame with a 1.2 mm wall, 1.75 in legs and adjustable height, and a 600 denier polyester canopy printed by dye sublimation. The frame measures 120 x 120 in and stands 137 in tall.
• Three walls: a full 117 x 79 in back wall printed on the inside, facing your visitors, and two 117 x 39 in half walls on rails, printed on the outside, facing the aisle.
• A wheeled carry bag for the frame.
• An 11 ft blade flag: 110 g knitted polyester, printed one side, with poles and a ground stake for grass or soil.
• A printed 8 ft table throw: 3-sided with an open back, so boxes stay out of sight under the table, 250 g polyester poplin with a serged edge.

It suits markets, school events, sports days, festivals and outdoor promotions, and it gives you shade. Always secure the tent to the ground outdoors, with stakes or sandbags. See the canopy kit.

What a trade show booth package costs

Priced one by one on their own product pages, the three pieces in the backdrop package come to $864.97, so the package is $69.98 less. The same tent, walls and wheeled bag, flag and throw as the canopy kit come to $1,785.97, so the kit is $196.98 less.

A podium and a counter for the front of the booth

The custom podium cover turns a hard case into a branded podium: a dye sublimated 8.8 oz tension fabric graphic, 110.25 x 47.25 in, wraps around a 37 in wide, 37 in tall and 20 in deep display podium and zips together at the back. It is $700.99.

The oval collapsible counter is a printed counter for reception, check-in and product displays: 28 in long, 16 in wide and 39 in tall, with a visible graphic of 61 x 41 in, tool-free spring-up hardware and a carry bag, and it holds up to 20 lb. It is $500.99.

Planning the booth

1. Measure the space and read the show rules. Note the booth width and depth, any height limit, and whether the venue requires fire retardant materials. The package backdrop stands 89 in tall, about 7.5 ft; the 10 x 10 tent stands 137 in.
2. Decide indoor or outdoor. The backdrop package is made for indoor use. The canopy kit's blade flag comes with a ground stake that needs grass or soil; for a hard floor, email us before you order and we will quote a flag base.
3. Work back from the show date. Ships within 2 business days after you approve your proof. Most orders arrive within 10 business days (US lower 48). Shipping is included. Leave a few days for the proof on top, so about three weeks before the show is comfortable. Tight on time? Tell us your event date before you order and we will confirm it works.
4. Send artwork for every piece. Each piece can carry its own design, so the wall, the table and the roll up can say different things.

How ordering works

1. Choose the package, or the podium cover or counter, on its product page.
2. Add your artwork on the product page (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG, up to 50 MB), or send it after you order by replying to your order email or writing to info@promomogul.com. No artwork yet? For displays, tents, flags and table covers, choose Hire a Designer when you order and a designer builds the artwork from your logo, text and notes. You approve a free digital proof before anything is made.
3. We send a free digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it, so check spelling, colors and placement there.
4. Production starts on approval. Ships within 2 business days after you approve your proof. Most orders arrive within 10 business days (US lower 48). Shipping is included.
5. You get a tracking number when the order ships.

Catalog sizes can be added to the cart and paid for by card. Anything outside the listed options, or any quantity you want priced properly, goes through a quote. Tight on time? Tell us your event date before you order and we will confirm it works. Need it sooner? Faster shipping is available for an extra charge. Tell us your event date and we will quote it.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Everything is made to order against artwork you approve, so there is no stock version of it to take back.
