A roll up banner stand puts your brand at eye level in lobbies, trade show aisles, retail spaces and events. Each stand is sold complete, with the stand and your printed banner together.
Which Stand to Choose
- Standard: 24 x 81 in or 33 x 81 in banner, matte vinyl, travel bag.
- Deluxe: 33 x 81 in banner, 13 oz matte vinyl, aluminum retractable hardware, carrying bag.
- Premium: 36 in wide in three heights (36 x 69, 36 x 80 or 36 x 92 in), 13 oz matte vinyl, adjustable poles, travel bag. The base is 37.5 in wide, 9.5 in deep and 3 in high.
Artwork
Keep important text and logos at least 1 in from the top and 3 in from the bottom of the banner, so every element shows once the banner is up. Send your own design after you order, or send your logo and a rough idea and we will send a free mockup for your approval. You can also choose Hire a Designer when you order. Every order gets a free digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.

- Does it come with a travel bag?
- Yes. Every stand comes with a travel bag.
- What is the difference between Standard, Deluxe and Premium?
- Standard comes in 24 x 81 in or 33 x 81 in with a matte vinyl banner. Deluxe is 33 x 81 in with a 13 oz matte vinyl banner and aluminum retractable hardware. Premium is 36 in wide in three heights (69, 80 or 92 in), with a 13 oz matte vinyl banner and adjustable poles. Every stand includes a travel bag.
- What material is used for the banner?
- Matte vinyl. The Deluxe and Premium banners are 13 oz matte vinyl.
- Can the Premium stand change height?
- The Premium stand has adjustable poles to allow for graphic size adjustment. Choose the banner height you need (69, 80 or 92 in) when you order, and the banner is printed to that size.
- How portable is the banner stand?
- The banner rolls down into the base and the stand packs into its travel bag. The Premium stand ships at about 17 lbs.
- Can I customize the banner design?
- Yes. Send your own design after you order, or send your logo and a rough idea and we will send a free mockup. Every order gets a free digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.
- How can I supply my own artwork?
- After you order, reply to your order email or email info@promomogul.com with your artwork (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, or PNG at 300 DPI or higher). We send a free digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.
- What is the required bleed for artwork files?
- Keep text and logos at least 1 in from the top and 3 in from the bottom. Email info@promomogul.com and we will send the artwork template for your size.
- Can I hire a designer for my banner?
- Yes. Choose Hire a Designer when you order, and a designer builds the artwork from your logo, text and notes. You approve a free digital proof before anything is made.
- Is the banner stand suitable for outdoor use?
- These stands are sold for indoor use, such as lobbies, trade shows and retail spaces. There is no outdoor coating option.
- Is the banner printed on both sides?
- No. Every roll up banner is printed single sided.
- Can I buy a replacement banner or the stand on its own?
- Not on this page. Each stand is sold complete with its printed banner. For a new design, order a new stand, or email info@promomogul.com and we will check what is possible.
