Custom Printed Table Covers

Throw, fitted or stretch

• Table throw. The classic draped cover, with soft folds at the corners. 250 g polyester poplin, 3-sided with an open back or 4-sided with a closed back. See table throws.
• Fitted cover. Shaped to fit a standard table closely and settle into place at the corners, for a smooth, tailored look. Same fabric, same open back or closed back choice. See fitted covers.
• Stretch cover. 250 g stretch polyester that pulls snug over the table for a smooth, close fit. Always 4-sided, with a closed back or a zipper back. See stretch covers.

All three are printed full bleed by dye sublimation, so your artwork runs edge to edge and the ink is part of the fabric. On the throw and the fitted cover, every edge is serged with clear thread. Our stretch vs fitted comparison shows the three side by side.

Sizes and prices

The size names are the table length. Measure the top and the height before you order: the 4 ft fits a table 48 in long and 24 in deep, the 6 ft and 8 ft fit tables 30 in deep, and all three are cut for the standard 30 in table height. Open back or closed back

A 3-sided, open back cover dresses the top, front and sides and leaves the back open, so you can sit behind the table and reach the boxes stored under it. That is the booth table: staffed from behind, seen from the front.

A 4-sided, closed back cover finishes all four sides, for a table people walk around, such as a registration desk in the middle of a room or a product display. The stretch cover's zipper back also covers all four sides and opens at the back when you need to get underneath.

Fabric, color and care

The throw and the fitted cover can be printed on a background of white, black, blue, gray, pink, red, green, brown, orange, sky blue or yellow, or a custom color; the stretch cover on white, black, blue or a custom color. Your logo and artwork print on top in full color.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent, or hand wash, then hang or lay flat to dry. No bleach, which can damage the fabric and dull the color, and no tumble dryer. Fold it and store it dry between events.

Runners and round tables

A table runner is a band of print that drapes over the front, top and back of a table without covering the whole table. It comes in 13 sizes from 24 x 80 in to 60 x 90 in, printed on 8.8 oz polyester table fabric, from $81.99.

For cocktail and highboy tables, round table covers come fitted, in 30, 48 and 60 in diameters, or stretch, from 24 to 36 in across and 30 to 44 in tall. Stretch covers start at $116.99 and fitted at $184.99. Our round table cover size guide matches cover to table.

How ordering works

1. Choose the style, the size, open or closed back and the background color on the product page.
2. Add your artwork on the product page (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG, up to 50 MB), or send it after you order by replying to your order email or writing to info@promomogul.com. No artwork yet? For displays, tents, flags and table covers, choose Hire a Designer when you order and a designer builds the artwork from your logo, text and notes. You approve a free digital proof before anything is made.
3. We send a free digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it, so check spelling, colors and placement there.
4. Production starts on approval. Ships within 2 business days after you approve your proof. Most orders arrive within 10 business days (US lower 48). Shipping is included.
5. You get a tracking number when the order ships.

Catalog sizes can be added to the cart and paid for by card. Anything outside the listed options, or any quantity you want priced properly, goes through a quote. Tight on time? Tell us your event date before you order and we will confirm it works. Need it sooner? Faster shipping is available for an extra charge. Tell us your event date and we will quote it.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Everything is made to order against artwork you approve, so there is no stock version of it to take back. Replacements and refunds apply where the error is ours, the product is defective, or it does not match the approved proof. The full terms are on returns and damages and shipping and production times.
