Choose the size for your space

Start with the plot the organizer sells you, then check the height if you are indoors. All three tents use the same aluminum hex frame and the same printed fabric; the difference is floor space and weight.

• 10 x 10 ft. 100 square feet, the standard booth footprint. The frame measures 120 x 120 in and stands 137 in tall. About 10 to 15 people fit under it with no furniture. The kit weighs about 40 lbs and folds to about 9 x 63 x 9 in.
• 10 x 15 ft. The long side is 175.5 in, a little under 15 ft, so it suits a plot that is deeper than a 10 x 10 but not a double. The frame weighs about 46 lbs and folds to about 12 x 63 x 9.5 in.
• 10 x 20 ft. A double booth: 234.5 x 126.75 in, 139.25 in tall. Room for a demo area and a team. The frame weighs about 63 lbs and folds to about 16.5 x 63 x 9.5 in.

What a custom canopy tent costs

The price on the product page moves as you choose walls, a flag, sandbags or a wheeled bag, and it is the price you pay at checkout. Buying for several locations or a team? A 10 x 10 kit is $680.39 each at 2 to 5 and $665.27 each at 6 to 10, and the product page shows every tier.

What comes with the kit, and what you can add

Frame + Canopy is the complete tent: the aluminum frame, your printed canopy with its valance, and a standard carry bag. Printed Canopy Only is for a frame you already own (it is made to fit ours), and Frame Only is the bare frame. Walls and extras are chosen on the product page:

• Printed walls on any side, full height or half height, printed on one side or both.
• Trim in black or white, or color matched to your brand.
• A 9 ft flag that mounts on the frame, printed one side or both (10 x 10 only).
• Sandbags (a set of 4, or 6 on the 10 x 20), ropes and stakes, and a wheeled carry bag.

Frame, fabric and print

The frame is anodized aluminum with a 1.2 mm wall, 1.75 in hexagonal legs and glass-filled nylon joints. It opens out in one piece, you fit the printed canopy over it, and levers on the legs set the height.

The canopy is 600 denier polyester, printed in full color by dye sublimation on white fabric, so the ink becomes part of the fabric rather than a layer on top of it. It is weather resistant and made for outdoor use. It is not sold as waterproof, so plan on it for sun and passing showers rather than a day of heavy rain. On the 10 x 10, each of the four sides can carry its own design.

Clean it with water, a soft sponge and mild soap, and let it dry completely before you pack it away. We do not recommend machine washing.

Walls: full, half, one side or two

A full wall closes a side from canopy to ground: 117 x 79 in on a 10 ft side, 234 x 79 in on the long side of the 10 x 20. A half wall is 117 x 39 in and hangs on a telescopic rail that clamps to the legs, which keeps the booth open while framing it. On the 10 x 15 and 10 x 20, half walls fit the two 10 ft sides.

Walls strap to the legs with hook-and-loop straps, and zippers join neighboring walls along their sides. A wall printed on one side can face in or out. In our Trade Show Canopy Kit the back wall faces in, toward your visitors, and the two half walls face out, toward the aisle. A wall printed on both sides reads from inside and out.

Artwork that reads from the aisle

A tent is seen from across the aisle or the lot before anyone reads it up close, so the valance and the canopy peaks do the work: your logo large, one short line, and colors with contrast against each other. Save the detail for the table and the back wall.

We print from the artwork template for your size: email info@promomogul.com and we send it, with the print area and bleed marked. AI, EPS, PDF, SVG and high resolution PNG at 300 DPI or higher. If all you have is a low resolution file, we can work from it. Hire a Designer, chosen when you order, is $9.99 and free on orders of $449.00 or more.

Background colors are yours to choose: fill the template with the color you want, enter a Pantone code on the product page for a close match, and choose color matched trim if black or white will not do.

Setting up outdoors

Always secure the frame to the ground outdoors, with stakes on grass or soil and sandbags on pavement, and take the tent down in strong wind. A pop-up tent is a large sail on light legs; the weights are what keep it a tent. Add sandbags or ropes and stakes on the product page if you do not already own them.

Between events, store the tent dry in a cool place, keep the canopy out of harsh sun when it is not in use, and handle the frame with care during setup and takedown. That is most of what makes a tent last.

How ordering works

1. Choose the size and the type (Frame + Canopy, Printed Canopy Only or Frame Only) on the product page, then add walls, trim, a flag or weights.
2. Add your artwork on the product page (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG, up to 50 MB), or send it after you order by replying to your order email or writing to info@promomogul.com. No artwork yet? For displays, tents, flags and table covers, choose Hire a Designer when you order and a designer builds the artwork from your logo, text and notes. You approve a free digital proof before anything is made.
3. We send a free digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it, so check spelling, colors and placement there.
4. Production starts on approval. Ships within 2 business days after you approve your proof. Most orders arrive within 10 business days (US lower 48). Shipping is included.
5. You get a tracking number when the order ships.

Catalog sizes can be added to the cart and paid for by card. Anything outside the listed options, or any quantity you want priced properly, goes through a quote. Tight on time? Tell us your event date before you order and we will confirm it works. Need it sooner? Faster shipping is available for an extra charge. Tell us your event date and we will quote it.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Everything is made to order against artwork you approve, so there is no stock version of it to take back. Replacements and refunds apply where the error is ours, the product is defective, or it does not match the approved proof. The full terms are on returns and damages and shipping and production times.
