- Adjustable Height: Levers on the legs raise and lower the canopy on site

Product Overview
A 10 x 10 ft pop-up canopy tent printed with your logo and colors, for trade shows, farmers markets, school and sports events, and outdoor promotions. The frame is anodized aluminum, the canopy is 600 denier polyester printed in full color by dye sublimation, and the frame packs into the included carry bag between events.
Build Your Tent
Choose the complete Frame + Canopy kit, a printed canopy on its own for a frame you already own, or the frame alone. Add a full wall or a half wall with a rail to any side, printed on one side or on both, and choose whether single-sided walls are printed on the inside or the outside. Pick black or white trim, or have the trim color matched. Add a 9 ft flag that mounts on the frame, sandbags, ropes and stakes, or a wheeled carry bag.
Send your own artwork after you order, or choose Hire a Designer when you order. You approve a free digital proof before anything is made.
Setup, Care and Delivery
Always secure the frame to the ground when you use the tent outdoors, with stakes or sandbags. - Is the canopy waterproof?
- The canopy is weather resistant 600 denier polyester, made for outdoor use. It is not sold as waterproof.
- Do I have to assemble the frame?
- The frame is a pop-up frame that opens out in one piece. You fit the printed canopy over it and set the leg height with the levers.
- Can I have a different design on each side of the canopy?
- Yes. Each of the four sides of the canopy can carry its own design.
- How many people can fit under a 10x10 canopy tent?
- The size of a 10x10 canopy is 100 square feet. It can accommodate approximately 10 to 15 people without any furniture.
- What is the required bleed for artwork files?
- Email info@promomogul.com and we will send the artwork template for your size.
- What is the hardware made of?
- The frame is anodized aluminum with a 1.2 mm wall, 1.75 in hexagonal legs and glass-filled nylon joints. See Specifications for more information.
- What are the stakes for?
- Ropes and stakes, an optional add-on, tie the tent down on grass or soil. Outdoors, always secure the frame with stakes or sandbags.
- Is the height of the frame adjustable?
- Yes. Levers on the legs set the height.
- What material is used for the tent?

- Can I have a custom print on the tent?

- Can I choose which side of a wall is printed?
- Yes. For walls printed on one side, choose Inside or Outside under Print Side for Single-Sided Walls. Walls printed on both sides are printed inside and out.
- Are there any print limitations to my print package?
- We strive to accommodate all design requests, within the limits of the printing process and the fabric. Every order gets a free digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.
- How can I supply my own artwork?
- After you order, reply to your order email or email your artwork to info@promomogul.com. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, or PNG files at 300 DPI or higher.
- I don't have any artwork, can you design something for me?
- Yes. Choose Hire a Designer when you order, and a designer builds the artwork from your logo, text and notes. You approve a free digital proof before anything is made.
- Can I wash the tent, and if so, how?
- Yes. Clean it gently with water, a soft sponge and mild soap, and let it dry completely before you pack it away.
- Is a carry bag included?
- Yes. A standard carry bag comes with the frame. You can upgrade to a wheeled carry bag when you order.
- How do I get the best life out of my tent?
- To maximize the lifespan of your tent, store it dry in a cool place when not in use, clean it gently as needed, avoid prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight when not in use, and handle the frame with care during setup and takedown.
- Can the color of the tent be customized? We are looking for an orange background.
- Yes, it can be customized in any color. Fill in the background of the artwork template with the color you want (email info@promomogul.com and we will send the artwork template for your size). You can also email your color requirement to info@promomogul.com.
- What does the 10 x 10 tent weigh?
- The 10 x 10 ft kit weighs about 40 lbs.
- How are the walls attached?
- Walls strap to the tent legs with hook-and-loop straps, and zippers join neighboring walls along their sides. A half wall hangs on a rail that clamps to the legs.
- What format do you need the logo in?
- We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, or PNG files at 300 DPI or higher. Send them by replying to your order email or by emailing info@promomogul.com.
- What is included in this price?
