Who we are

PromoMogul (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates promomogul.com. This page explains our policies on collecting, using and disclosing personal information when you use our website.

Information we collect

What you type into the quote form: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the product you are asking about, the quantity, the date you need it and any notes you add. It is emailed to us and answered by hand.

What you give at checkout: if you order through the cart, Stripe collects your billing address, shipping address, phone number and card details on its own payment page. Card numbers never reach our servers. What comes back to us is your name, your email address, those addresses and what you bought.

What is collected automatically: our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, which record the IP address, the browser user agent and the page requested, for security and troubleshooting. The quote form also holds the submitting IP address in memory for one hour, so that a single script cannot flood it. Nothing here measures how long you spend on a page, and nothing here builds a profile of you.

How we use it

• To respond to quote requests and customer inquiries
• To process and fulfill your orders
• To send proofs, order confirmations and shipping updates
• To send the single follow-up email described below
• To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations

Email after your order

About a month after an order is paid, we send one email to the address on that order. It asks whether everything arrived the way it should have, and whether you would be willing to review it. It goes out once per order. There is no newsletter, no mailing list and no follow-up sequence behind it.

If you would rather not get it, reply to any email from us, or write to info@promomogul.com and ask us to stop. Your address then goes on a do-not-mail list, which is checked before that email goes out, and you will not get another.

Sharing

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We share it with the services we need to run the site and fulfill an order, such as our web host, our email provider, Stripe for payments and the shipping carriers, and each of them gets only what it needs to do that job.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising or social pixels and no personalization, so there is nothing here to consent to or to turn off.

Your cart is the one thing kept on your device. Your own browser stores it under a key named pm.cart.v1, it holds only the items and quantities you picked, and it never leaves your browser. Clearing your browsing data deletes it. Nothing about your cart reaches us until you check out.

Data security

We use industry standard security measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting info@promomogul.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal information for as long as we need it to complete your order, answer a question about it, keep your artwork on file for a reorder, meet our tax and legal obligations, and resolve any dispute. When none of those apply any more, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their state. If you believe a minor has given us information, email info@promomogul.com and we will remove it.

Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States and your information is processed here. Some of the services we use to run the site, take payment and ship your order may process it elsewhere. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version always lives at this address, and material changes will be reflected here rather than announced separately.
