Knitted Polyester, Printed in Full Color
Each flag is printed in full color by dye sublimation on knitted polyester flag fabric, so the ink becomes part of the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. The flag fits over a set of fiberglass poles. A ground stake holds it in soft ground such as grass or dirt, and for concrete, pavement or indoor floors you can choose an X base with a water bag instead.

Note: Flag + poles + ground stake includes the printed flag, the poles and a ground stake. Choosing the X base with water bag replaces the ground stake. Flag print only is the printed flag on its own, with no poles or base.

- Is the flag material see-through?
- The flag fabric is a lightweight knit, so a single sided flag shows the design in reverse on the back. Choose Double Sided if your artwork has to read correctly from both sides.
- Which base should I select?
- Choose the ground stake for soft ground such as grass or dirt. Choose the X base with water bag for hard, flat surfaces such as concrete, pavement or indoor floors. The X base replaces the ground stake.
- Can I have a different print on each side of a double-sided flag?
- Yes. Choose Double Sided, then send both designs after you order by replying to your order email or emailing info@promomogul.com, and tell us which design goes on each side.
- Do you provide the complete package for the flag?
- Yes. Choose Flag + poles + ground stake under Select Type. For a hard surface, choose X Base with Water Bag under Base, which replaces the ground stake.
- Is the height mentioned for the flag or flag + pole?
- The size is the nominal height of the assembled flag, not the size of the print. The printed flag is about 26 x 91 in on the 9 ft, about 31 x 127 in on the 12 ft and about 30 x 158 in on the 15 ft.
- How long do these last?
- The actual life of the product depends on weather conditions and handling of the product. If we made an error, or your order arrives defective, damaged, or not matching your approved proof, email info@promomogul.com within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or a refund.
- Can flags be replaced using the same pole?
- Yes. If your poles came from us, choose Flag print only to order just the printed flag in the same size. If they came from somewhere else, email info@promomogul.com first so we can check the fit.
- How do I customize my flag design?
- Send your own artwork after you order by replying to your order email or emailing info@promomogul.com (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, or PNG at 300 DPI or higher). If you need help, send your logo and a rough idea and we will send a free mockup, or choose Hire a Designer when you order. Every order gets a free digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.
- What is the required bleed for artwork files?
- Email info@promomogul.com and we will send the artwork template for your size.
- What materials are the flags made of?
- Knitted polyester flag fabric, printed by dye sublimation, on fiberglass poles.
- Are the flags weather-resistant?
- They are made for outdoor use. The flags are rated for winds of about 18 to 23 mph, so take them down in stronger wind, and let the flag dry before you store it.
- What sizes are available for the flags?
- 9 ft, 12 ft and 15 ft.
- What printing process is used for the flags?

- Can I wash the flags in the washing machine?
- Yes, on a gentle cycle in cool water with a mild detergent, or wash by hand. Hang the flag to dry and do not use bleach.
