What Is Included in a Custom Canopy Tent?
The complete kit is the aluminum frame, your printed canopy with its valance and a standard carry bag. Walls, a flag, sandbags, ropes and stakes, trim color matching and a wheeled carry bag are optional and priced as you add them. Shipping to the US lower 48 is included, and a 10 x 10 kit is $781.99.

Does a custom canopy tent come with walls?
No. Walls are optional, so a complete tent is the frame, the canopy and the bag. You add a full wall (117 x 79 in on a 10 ft side) or a half wall (117 x 39 in on a rail that clamps to the legs) on any side on the product page. If you want walls from the start, the Trade Show Canopy Kit is a printed 10 x 10 tent with a full back wall, two half side walls and a wheeled carry bag, plus an 11 ft blade flag and an 8 ft table throw, for $1,588.99. Does it come with a carry bag?
Yes. A standard carry bag comes with the frame on every size. A wheeled carry bag, with a compartment for the hardware and one for the canopy or walls, is an upgrade you choose on the product page.
Stakes, ropes and sandbags
They are optional, but outdoors something has to hold the tent down. Always secure the frame to the ground outdoors, with stakes on grass or soil and sandbags on pavement, and take the tent down in strong wind. A set of 4 sandbags is an option on the 10 x 10, and a set of 6 on the 10 x 20. We do not publish a wind rating or a weight per leg.

Frame only, canopy only or the complete kit
You can choose how much you need. Frame + Canopy is the complete tent. Printed Canopy Only, $424.99 for the 10 x 10, $637.99 for the 10 x 15 and $748.99 for the 10 x 20, is for a frame you already own; it is made to fit ours, so fit on other frames may vary. Frame Only is the bare frame. Hire a Designer, chosen when you order, is $9.99 and free on orders of $499.00 or more.

- Add your artwork on the product page (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG and high resolution PNG at 300 DPI or higher), or send it after you order. No artwork yet? Free basic design assistance on every order. Send a logo, colors and a rough idea and a mockup comes back.
- We send a free digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- Production starts on approval. Ships within 2 business days after you approve your proof. Most orders arrive within 10 business days (US lower 48). Shipping is included.

- Do I see a proof before the tent prints?
- Yes. A free digital proof on every order. Proof approval is required before production begins. Nothing prints until you confirm.
