Read the show rules first

Every show sets its own rules for a 10 x 10 booth, and they are in the exhibitor manual. Look for the maximum height of a back wall, how far a wall can extend toward the neighboring booth, and whether the venue requires fire retardant materials. If a rule affects the backdrop, tell us before you order. The pop up and pillowcase backdrops stand 89 to 90 in tall, about 7.5 ft, and the banner on our step and repeat stand prints 92 in tall.

A layout that works in 10 x 10 ft

• Backdrop on the back wall. The 10 ft pillowcase leaves 8 in in total across a 120 in booth. The 10 ft pop up is 12 in deep, so it takes 12 in of the booth's 120 in depth and leaves 108 in in front of it.
• An 8 ft table across the front. It measures 96 x 30 in, so it leaves 24 in across the booth for walking in and out. A printed table cover finishes it.
• A roll up banner stand at one side or in a corner. A Standard roll up banner is 24 or 33 in wide and 81 in tall; check the base width on the product page against the space you have left.

8 ft or 10 ft backdrop?

A 10 ft backdrop fills the back wall edge to edge and reads as one clean wall of print. An 8 ft backdrop leaves room at the side for a banner stand or a counter, and costs less. If a pillar, a sloping wall or a neighboring booth cuts into your 10 ft width, choose the 8 ft class. Our step and repeat size guide shows every size we sell side by side.

Pop up or pillowcase for a booth

Both are tension fabric displays: stretch polyester knit pulled over a lightweight aluminum frame. The pillowcase graphic slips over the frame like a pillowcase and can be printed on both sides. The pop up attaches the graphic with hook-and-loop across the front and both end caps, and is single sided. Neither is made for outdoor use. For an outdoor 10 x 10 plot, the Trade Show Canopy Kit is the booth.

2. Add your artwork on the product page (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG and high resolution PNG at 300 DPI or higher), or send it after you order. No artwork yet? Free basic design assistance on every order. Send a logo, colors and a rough idea and a mockup comes back.
3. We send a free digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it.
4. Production starts on approval. Ships within 2 business days after you approve your proof. Most orders arrive within 10 business days (US lower 48). Shipping is included.
